Our addressing protocol is first inital surname@acme.com eg jsmith@acme.com .
It has been noticied that users though can mail john@acme.com as well as johnsmith@acme.com also. How do I stop all the other variations on the names.
Having looked at the person documents the only place "john" is mentioned is in the firstname section. The internet address has only one address
